Ideas are scary.  Ideas come into this world ugly and messy.   Wow!  What a inspiring message.  We all have ideas.  What are you doing to nurture yours?

I love this image.  It doesn't represent the teacher as a sage on the stage or a guide on the side.  This shows them how they really should be... a meddler in the middle.
